A legal disclaimer

Between Nsimz (Owner) and Company Name Here (Hirer)

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Nsimz (“the Owner”) and Company Name Here (“the Hirer”) for the hire of a Racing Simulator. By accepting this Agreement, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Equipment Provided

The following equipment is provided by the Owner (Nsimz) for hire:

Sabelt Racing seat and frame
Fanatec F1 Steering wheel and pedal set
55” Oled Hisense Monitor with stand
Gaming PS5 + 3x Racing Games availible (Assesto Corsa, GT7 & F125)
TV remote + PS5 Controller
All necessary cables, power units, and accessories

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins upon delivery or collection of the simulator by the Hirer and ends upon its return to the Owner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Date to be inserted

3. Hirer Responsibilities

The Hirer (Company name here) agrees to:•Operate and supervise the equipment responsibly and safely•Keep the simulator in a secure, clean, and dry environment•Ensure no unauthorised or unsupervised use of the simulator•Report any faults, issues, or damages to the Owner immediately•No food or drink allowed whilst operating or left within close proximity to the simulation rig/setup.

4. Damage, Loss & Replacement

The Hirer is fully responsible for any loss of or damage to the equipment during the hire period.If any item is broken, damaged, or lost—regardless of cause—the Hirer will be charged the full ‘retail’ replacement cost of the affected item(s) (Like for like).A breakdown of replacement costs can be provided upon request.

5. Liability

The Owner (Nsimz) is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the equipment. The Hirer assumes full responsibility for the safe and lawful operation of the simulator while in their care.We advise all systems are switched off after working hours!

6. Payment Terms

£200 non refundable payment for the rental must be made in full prior to or on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Balance due on collection when hire has ended.

Any charges for damage or loss will be invoiced post-hire and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

7. Cancellation Policy •Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the hire date incur no fee. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the hire date may be subject to a 50% deposit cancellation fee.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
